The Andalusia Technology Park (PTA) has a big net of foreign companies who see in Malaga the best opportunity for their international investment and business.  Last year, data shows that a 34% of the total employment in PTA comes from international enterprises installed in the park, (6.7000 professionals). One of the countries with significant presence is Germany, companies as Dekra, Rindus, RealCore and REWE have the same purpose: to continue developing in Malaga and recruit Spanish talents from the University of Malaga, the IT oriented Secondary School Campanillas and the rest of Spain.


Dekra adquired AT4 Wireless a few months ago and now this technological company has an area in Malaga with focus in the development and testing of connected cars.  In the PTA has a circuit for testing autonomous cars and also a telecommunications equipment certification and testing laboratory. From the point of view of Fernando E. Hardasmal, Executive Vice President. Service Division Product Testing: “The PTA is valued as a “hub” where is available a good infrastructure, talent and a competitive University, we find a very suitable environment for R & D”. Also, he says that from other areas of the company are considering stablishing new divisions in Andalusia, with a special interest in Malaga. Apart from that, he recognizes that in Malaga “We are privileged for the good weather, the city, cost of live, culinary offer… and a long etc”.


RealCore Spain works on business software development. They came to Malaga a year and a half ago, and their growth is unstoppable. “To be located here brings prestige for the company. Malaga offers greats connections with the rest of the world,  the city of Malaga with a multicultural population make this and ideal place to achieve new challenges and continue our growth and consolidation as a benchmark company in the sector. Installed in Malaga since 2017 is dedicated to technology and information. Rolf C. REWE is an important chain of supermarkets in Germany. The history started 12 years ago with an exchange program between the Secondary School Campanillas and a Secundary School of the city of Cologne. Nowadays the team in the PTA is primarily formed by professionals who have completed their studies in web and app development by the Campanillas IES. They handle commercial systems and SAP, among other issues.
