The 15th edition of Simed, the most important real estate event in Andalusia, will be celebrate between 8th and 10th November at the malaguenian Trade Fairs and Congress Center (FYCMA). The organization expects to receive more visitors than last year where the fair met more than 7.500 professionals and offered more than 22.000 properties.

The event is normally attended by national and international people: promotors in order to sell new promotions based on plans, international trade missions, investors interested in the real purchase of a first home or second holiday residence.

As a novelty, this new edition has designed a new area to disseminate and promote products and services related to sustainability and high energy efficiency building. “Simed Sustainable Building” will have an Exhibition Area, Demo Area and Presentation Area. Likewise, real state digitalization and applied innovation will be key points this year, which will bring together the latest and trendiest solutions in a new area called “Simed innova”. A perfect scenario for startups where they will be able to share their offers with potential partners and investors.

The attraction and capture of international investors continues as a priority through several initiatives from the Public Administration, which in other editions have brought to the meeting buyers from many countries such as Belgium, United Kingdom, France, Holland or Russia.

The exhibitor profile is so versatile, there will be banks as Santander, Unicaja or Targo Bank, real state companies as Fotocasa, Tecnocasa, Homegroup or Caorza group. Also, there will be exhibitors offering sustainable products to build smart houses. You can consult complete list exhibitors here.
